Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VEXOR website and any purchase you make from VEXOR Clothing, Colombo, Sri Lanka (“VEXOR”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns page.

Contracts made through this website are electronic contracts recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act, No. 19 of 2006. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003.

• You must be at least 18, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You can shop as a guest or create an account. Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Please give accurate, up-to-date information, especially your delivery address and phone number.
• Don’t misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, automated scraping, attempts to bypass security or anything that disrupts the service for others.

• All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Measurements in our size guides are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches.
• All items are subject to availability. If a piece sells out after you order, we’ll contact you and refund any amount paid for it.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

When you place an order you’ll receive an order number and a confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order; a binding contract is formed when we dispatch your items.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, payment can’t be verified, or we suspect fraud or reseller activity. If we cancel, you’ll be told promptly and refunded in full.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.

For Cash on Delivery, please have the full amount ready when the courier arrives. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead us to require prepayment on future orders.

For bank transfers, orders are dispatched once the payment has cleared. Unpaid transfer orders may be cancelled after 3 working days.

Island-wide delivery in 2–4 working days. Colombo & suburbs next day for orders placed before 12 PM. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Responsibility for your items passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may deduct the delivery cost from any refund.

7-day return and exchange on unworn items with original tags. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return. Full details, exclusions and refund timings are on our Shipping & Returns page. Faulty or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded in full.

• One discount code can be used per order, unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Codes have no cash value, can’t be exchanged or transferred, and may carry a minimum spend, expiry date or usage limit.
• We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

When you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on our site and channels. We moderate reviews and may decline content that is offensive, misleading, off-topic or includes personal information.

The VEXOR name, logo, designs, photography and all content on this site belong to VEXOR or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
